- Our shipping rates are kept to a minimum. At times we ship from our own warehouse located in Boca Raton, Florida, and at times we ship directly from the manufacturer in order to enable lower shipping costs to you. If it is legal for us to ship to your country, then we are more than happy to do international shipping. Please note that some countries may require custom duties to be paid by the recipient. As with all foreign shipments-it is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any custom duties and/or local taxes if required

- BotMill.com takes great pride in offering a safe and secure online shopping experience. Paypal, Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express, checks or money orders are accepted. Please note that all checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank. We are unable to accept checks drawn on a non-U.S. bank. We value your privacy. We will never rent, sell, share or otherwise give out your personal information to outside parties. Additionally, we use paypal as our payment processor, so you never have to give your financial information to us which makes it safer for you and less worry for us.
